The best part of the custom portrait experience is showcasing your family’s portraits throughout your home. This page will introduce you to the several well-curated collection options and heirloom quality products offered by Cristina Marie Photography LLC. Each product was hand-selected to display your portraits in your home to look back on for years to come.
You’ll get to see each product in person during an optional pre-session design and styling consultation. Being able to see and feel all the products my portrait studio offers in person is invaluable. Once you select the collection that aligns with your needs, following your special portrait session with me, we will collaborate to create the artwork that you and your family will cherish for generations.
Collections & Ala Carte Options
Fine Art Paintings
Your image is transformed into the ultimate fine art display. This art piece is created with a digital underpainting, printed on museum grade archival canvas, and mounted on masonite. The canvas is then sealed and highlighted with acrylic paint. Your final product will rival commissioned oil portraits while still retaining the expression and realism only found in a fine art photographic portrait. A custom hand-carved frame of your choice is included in your purchase.
Portfolio Box
Store your matted prints in a beautifully handcrafted portfolio box, (folio box), customized just for you. This signature product is included with our top two collections and comes with a set of 15 or 30 matted portraits (7×10 inches matted to 11×14 inches). *Mounting board is buffered with calcium carbonate for an alkaline reserve and will resist fading, discoloration and embrittlement. They are manufactured to museum quality standards.
Amalfi Panels
The Amalfi Panel is a unique work of art, classy, and elegant. A piece of design that frames the HD Fine Art archival print with a handmade cotton Amalfi Paper mat. Amalfi paper sheets present all uncut deckled edges, and are made of pure cotton, untreated with chemical substances or bleach. These one-of-a-kind Italian products are produced according to the ancient craftsmanship tradition, where the cotton pulp mixture is filtered and spread on the mold, manually, sheet by sheet. This mold has a wooden frame and the watermark in the middle of a net of bronze or brass wires. The watermarks had the trademarks, that distinguished the paper-makers and the particular type of paper. The vintage deckled edges drop a subtle shadow to create a 3D effect to highlight the picture frame. The back panel is also available in a double aluminum sandwich, to offer an extreme durability and stiffness.
Heirloom Albums
Beautifully simple from start to finish — the heirloom album is the ultimate book for every family. Albums feature lay-flat pages that allow photos to extend across the spread. Prints are mounted onto thick mat board pages for rigidity and sprayed with a protective coating to provide protection against fingerprints and UV exposure. Each album includes your choice of fabric material and color preferences.
Photographic Prints
Photographic prints are printed on museum-grade luster paper and are rated to last for 100 years or longer. An added linen finish gives this print a luxurious feel and appearance. Each print is sprayed with a protective coating to ensure longevity. Prints come mounted and ready to frame. *Museum glass is recommended.
Canvases
Images are printed on museum-grade archival canvas and hand-stretched around an artist’s frame or mounted onto masonite for a clean and timeless look. We offer traditional canvases, gallery wrapped canvases, mounted canvases, and fine art canvas pros. All canvases are finished with a protective coating for additional abrasion protection and to filter out UV light. Canvases come ready to hang by a bracket or wire. Framed canvases are also available and may be displayed without glass.
Original Photoblocks
Photoblocks are a beautiful marriage of modern technological photo design and rustic handwork. So your photographs can maintain their high quality, images are printed and then adhered to the wood block (instead of being printed directly on the wood). They are then covered with a protective layer for water and light resistance. Each block is created to stand the test of time. The protection layer adds a unique look and the subtle charm of a painted piece.
Matted Folios
Matted Folios hold 2, 3, or 4 prints in archival mat boards. They are the perfect complement to your home. Perched upon a bookshelf, fireplace mantel, dresser, coffee table or desk, these simple heirlooms display your family perfectly to always remember these fleeting times. Prints are mounted onto thick mat board pages for rigidity and sprayed with a protective coating to last a lifetime.
Digital Files
There's nothing quite like having beautiful photos taken and being able to really enjoy them every single day in a meaningful way. This is why printed artwork is so important to me and the families I work with. Printed artwork is at the core of the portrait experience my studio offers. You are welcome to print your digital files anywhere you choose, however, I encourage my clients to print through me to ensure your final artwork is of the utmost quality.
